Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring together the residents, business owners, and other stakeholders of 4th Street, to decide what the future of the corridor will look like, then develop and carry out strategies for achieving this.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to create an organization which acts as the voice for our community. Our goal is to give the people of 4th Street a way to shape their community, and speak freely about the future of our area. We want to promote positive activity in the area, by involving as many members of our community as possible.
