Join Us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Merengue House Bar & Restaurant

Wilmington, DE: Cornerstone West CDC, West Side Grows Together and Merengue House Bar & Restaurant are partnering with the Wilmington City Mayor Office to celebrate the opening of a new nightclub on the West Side of Wilmington, DE. Join us on Thursday, August 3rd from 11pm to 12pm at Merengue House Bar & Restaurant located 837 N Union St, Wilmington, DE 19805. In attendance at this event will be Mayor Purzycki, 7th District Councilman Johnson, and Council President Ernest “Trippi” Congo, II. 

Merengue House Bar & Restaurant has been serving delicious Dominican cuisine and drinks for years, and is now expanding to enhance the West Side as an evening destination.  West Side Grows Together is excited and grateful to be part of this partnership with our small businesses and local elected officials. 

The owner of Merengue House Bar & Restaurant, Yosmaira Ramos expresses her joy about the opening, “When life is sweet, say thank you and celebrate. And when life is bitter, say thank you and grow.”
