What is the Creative Hub?
The Hub is an intentional, neighborhood-based creative space located at
610 N. Union Street
in Wilmington’s West Side corridor.
It functions as a gathering place where artists, residents, and community partners can meet, create, exhibit, and plan together.

The Creative Hub is currently open during scheduled events and programs. We will also be introducing weekly co-working hours soon! Follow us on social media or check our events calendar for the latest schedule.

The Creative Hub is managed by Vanity Constance and JaQuanne LeRoy as part of West Side Grows Together’s efforts to support artists and strengthen community through the arts.

At this time, we primarily serve adult artists and community members. While families are welcome at select public events, we do not currently offer youth programming.

There are several ways to be part of the Creative Hub! Attend an event, join our upcoming co-working sessions, propose a workshop or exhibition, volunteer, or collaborate with us. Complete our Interest Form or email westsideart@westsidegrows.org to start the conversation.

Most of our events and programs are free and open to the public. Any event that requires registration or has a fee will clearly state that information in advance.

No! While our work is rooted in Wilmington’s West Side, everyone is welcome to attend our public programs and engage with the Creative Hub.

The Creative Hub is not currently available as a general event rental space. We prioritize arts, cultural, and community-centered programming that aligns with our mission. If you have an idea for a creative program or partnership, we’d love to hear from you.
