Vendors differ each market day but those with an asterisk (*) join us weekly and those with two (**) join us bi-weekly. Please check out our Facebook page or sign up for our Market newsletter for weekly vendor updates.

We pride ourselves on partnering with local farmers and artisans who grow fresh produce and create unique items, in addition to locally-owned and operated food trucks. Our market attracts an average of 150 neighbors who enjoy supporting local small businesses and participating in our special events. Vendor Requirements

Produce vendors must sell locally grown agriculture products. Local to be defined as within 100 miles of Wilmington, DE, unless otherwise authorized by the Market Manager.
Required documents:

City of Wilmington Business License
Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000 general liability coverage
Produce Safety Rule Certificate

Egg & Dairy vendors must sell locally grown egg & dairy products. Local to be defined as within 100 miles of Wilmington, DE, unless otherwise authorized by the Market Manager.

City of Wilmington Business License
Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000 general liability coverage
License from DHMH, Milk Control, or Department of Agriculture

Food is to be hand-made and be regarded as a “transformative act” (to undergo a change in form, appearance or character, become transformed).
No reselling of food goods such as canned or bottled drinks, potato chips in bags, no drink mixes, except as a supplement to the primary food offering (i.e. bottled drinks acceptable if selling platters).

Resource Tables
Nonprofits or organizations providing a community benefit may be eligible to table at the market and no sales may take place. Priority is given to those hosting an activity or giveaway.
